CaptiveSpray featured in NEW American Laboratory article

The March 2010 e-supplement of American Laboratory featured Michrom CaptiveSpray technology for High Throughput Screening of buspirone in human plasma. 

Abstract:  The scale down of a quantitative high throughput screening analysis of buspirone in lyophilized human plasma from conventional analytical flow rates to capillary flow rates on a UHPLC system was investigated to determine sensitivity and LOD improvements and method robustness.  While maintaining identical linear velocity optimized through decreasing ID analytical columns, sensitivity increases of 100X were predicted and observed on 90 second gradient runs with 150 second inject-to inject times over 4032 injections with no user intervention. Featured Article
