Michrom provides Xcalibur plug-in modules with seamless integration of all of our instruments to the mass spectrometer for single-point control of the complete system. These plug-ins are compatible with Xcalibur versions 1.3, 1.4, 2.0, and 2.1. Built on our common Paradigm core, these modules produce a robust, easy-to-use and consistent user interface across all platforms that is accessible for real-time instrument monitoring and control.

Xcalibur Plug-in Module for the Paradigm MDLC

The Paradigm MDLC is fully controlled within Xcalibur, including real time gradient monitoring and pump control.  Instrument status is updated with MS data to show gradient and flow status real-time.

 Xcalibur Plug-in Module for the Paradigm AS3/CTC HTC/HTS

The AS3 liquid handler is fully controlled within Xcalibur via the Paradigm plug-in.  The intuitive method editor provides step-by-step method development within Xcalibur without the need for macros or cycle composer.

 Xcalibur Plug-in Module for the Paradigm UV 2500/2600

The addition of a UV detector to LCMS systems is easily accomplished using the Xcalibur UV plugin.  Paradigm LC modules allow the operator to monitor and adjust the UV signals real-time within Xcalibur.
